Is the emergency assistance insurance?
No. Global ETS provides emergency travel assistance services, such as medical evacuation and repatriation, while you stay at a participating resort. It is not insurance and does not reimburse expenses.
Is there a member support team?
Yes. A team of more than 100 travel concierges helps members research, plan and book trips at no extra charge.
